Last night we had a database storage issue that has affected the storage of classic results for some customers between 0:00 and 6:00am CET on 2014/1/29. iMacros results and alerting were not affected.    

Measurement Server Update: iMacros 9.0.6

Over the next few days we will update our measurement servers to take advantage of  iMacros version 9.0.6. This update does not require any changes to your sensors.

This morning, our tech team has detected some malfunction wrt. immediate sensor tests of iMacros sensors (“Test Now” on the sensor settings page) which seem to report wrong data. We will disable this functionality until the issue has been resolved. Please refer to this blog post for updates on this matter. [Update] The development crew

Many users have asked for this feature and, along with a number of other updates and tweaks, the new Blackout Periods feature went live with our Wednesday December 11, 2013 system update! Use Blackout Periods to suspend monitoring and alerting during scheduled site maintenance and downtime periods. Your performance statistics won’t be skewed by maintenance

30 minutes after detecting missing iMacros measurements, our system is within normal limits again. We apologize for this incident. Classic measurements have not been affected.

We are currently experiencing a problem with handling iMacros sensors’ results as they come in from our measurement servers.  As a consequence, we are not able to detect measurement failures and send appropriate notifications.
