How do I update my credit card information?

Please log into your AlertFox account and select Configure > Account and then click the “Open E-Commerce Control Panel” link at the bottom of the page.  From there, click the “Manage cards”  link near the top of the page.

How do I view and print my invoices?

Please log into the subscription control panel. Once logged in, select the “Charges” menu.

How can I add more real browser monitoring checks to my PRO3 account?

The PRO3 account contains up to 10 real browser monitoring checks (iMacros sensors) with a 15 min measurement interval. Each sensor can be upgraded to a 5-min interval for only US$20/month. Additional 15-min interval sensors are available for US$20/month. Additional 5-min interval sensors are available for US$40/month.

To add new sensors please contact us directly. The new checks will only be billed starting with the next billing period. Of course, you can add or remove the extra checks anytime.

How can I add more classic checks to my PRO3 account?

Our PRO3 plan already contains up to 50 classic checks. If you need even more, please contact us directly. We can add extra classic checks to your account at no extra cost.

How can I cancel my account?

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but canceling an account is easy:

  1. Login to your main administrator account
  2. Go to Configure > Account
  3. Click the “Cancel AlertFox Account” link at the bottom of the page.

Please note that this will delete your account completely and immediately.
